I’m Andrew Watts and thirstymind.org is my personal site, which has been around since 2004 or something like that. The topics and posting frequency have varied a lot since then but if you spend any amount of time here, you’ll find that usually the topics are related to: the internet, writing software, emerging technologies, gadgets and computers.
I’ve also written about architecture and design (both software and buildings), snowboarding, personal travel, music and current events. Although I’ve moved some of these topics off to tumblr at d3w4rd.tumblr.com.
I’m currently a freelance hacker (ie; self-employeed) living and working in Central Ohio. In the past I’ve had some awesome experiences in startup and corporate environments with companies like bliin, CSC, and Northrop Grumman.
In my spare time I like looking at architecture, going snowboarding, traveling around the world, playing poker, reading about technology and writing code (of course). Some of my side projects have included:
- Columbus Community Stream may not work, api’s were changed
- iPhone 3g stock tracking
