My first assessment at CSC was today, I think it went pretty well, although I won’t know how well for sometime, but I gotta say I’ve learned more in the last couple weeks about giving, writing and receiving assessments than in my previous 5 years of employment combined.
Unlike most, I think assessments are a good thing and don’t view them as a huge waste of time, although in the past I’ve viewed certain formats of assessment as a huge waste of time.
