Last week my phone froze up while I was using the mobile web. This has happened in the past, and I just pulled out the battery then put it back in and the phone came back, good as new. However last week it didn’t come back, even after a hard reset, it remained frozen on the welcome screen.
So to make a long story short, I have a new phone, same model, same number. But I lost all my contacts, because like the Village Idiot that I am I never backed them up.

And promise I’ll back it up this time.
